Your Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from UHCL's College
of Education provides professional education in educational technology and instructional
design for people in diverse economic sectors, as well as educators from preschool
to higher education. The degree is available completely online. Cohorts can be established upon requests from districts or organizations for delivery
of the program in a web-enhanced/face-to-face hybrid instructional environment. All
cohort request must be approved by the Instructional Design and Technology Program
Director, Literacy, Library Science, and Learning Technologies Department Chair, Associate
Dean of the College of Education, and the Dean of the College of Education. This degree
will provide you with an understanding of learning and design theories, models, and
instructional strategies. The courses include hands-on experiences developing computer-based
training pieces.
